5000De Luxe is a ball bearing model but didn't have this part. Application of this part is for all ball bearing models from 4500C~6600C with an exception of 5000De Luxe. It goes into the face side and adjustable side. I made my own#8720 side however this is their original dead stock. I will clean them up or select the best ones among them as much as I can.
